1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of infentre.com and services (“Services”) provided by Infentre AB (“Infentre,” “we,” or “us”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If acting on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind them.

2. License and Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use
• No reverse engineering or model extraction
• No misuse to create harmful or deceptive content
• No circumvention of usage limits

3. Intellectual Property

Infentre retains all rights to platform software, models, tools, design, and analytics. You retain rights to your own content, excluding content that incorporates or depends on Infentre’s systems.

4. Data Usage

• Usage Data: Owned by Infentre, used to improve performance
• Customer Data: Owned by you, used for service delivery and diagnostics
• PII: Never used for AI training, handled as per our Privacy Policy

5. Plans and Billing

We offer Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Digital services are non-refundable.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. Termination ends your license and may revoke access to your data.

7. AI Use Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before use in any critical or production environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Infentre is not liable for loss of profits, data, or issues arising from reliance on AI output. Our maximum liability is capped at what you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Infentre against claims or damages from your misuse of the platform or content generated through it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be handled in the courts of Stockholm.
